These incredibly large ruffly blooms are quite similar to Oban Bay. The biggest distinction between the two is that in the early season, Cilla has more icy blue undertones (while Oban Bay has more lavender undertones). You can see the distinction in my side by side photos below. These were early season blooms. By mid season, the difference was very subtle. Both varieties are very large, ruffly, and fragrant.
