Kid’s Cut Flower Garden Workshop
Are you looking for something fun to do with your kiddos that gets them away from screens and learning more about nature? Join our Kid’s Cut Flower Garden Workshop. I’d love to teach your kids about growing a garden like I’ve been teaching my own! All ages are welcome, but this class is geared toward kids age 4-10.
In this class, I will teach your kids how to grow something from seed to bloom. They will learn the basics about choosing the proper location, soil prep, how to sow the seeds, and how to care for them until frost. They will learn about growing seasons and pollinators.
Your kids will start one plant in class, and be sent home with a couple of packets of seeds and coloring pages about the topics we discuss in class.
**You only need to sign up once for your whole family regardless of how many kids will be participating, however please let me know how many kids will be participating so that I can prepare supplies.
This class date is TBD. You can expect this class to be 1-2 hours depending on class size.
All necessary supplies will be provided as well as water and gummy worms. Please bring your own snacks, chairs, and sunscreen if needed.
